Your sentence islands are built from sentences you actually say. Narrate your day in English, capture it here, translate later. Rules: whole sentences, things you would really say, no quality-editing while capturing. A dull sentence you say twice a week beats an interesting one you will never use.

Tutor corrections

After a session, paste every correction as one line: what you said, then ->, then the corrected form. Each becomes a drill card prompted with your own error - corrective feedback only sticks when it is retrieved.

Export CSV for the pipeline

The CSV matches sentences.csv: translate the target column (AI is fine), get the first hundred checked by a tutor before drilling them into permanent memory, then run build_audio.py and build_site_data.py. In harder languages an unchecked AI list teaches you to sound wrong in ways that are hard to unlearn.
